Eleven years ago, I began learning how to manage the swirling of my illness that spun out of control. I found balance in my paintbrush expressing the ebb and flow of the highs and lows that make up my life. The spheres and lines show the movement of emotions as they build and release all desperately trying to maintain equilibrium. I paint because it feels good. I stop when balance is felt.
